Terms & Conditions

• Venue Address: Stadium Perpaduan, Petra Jaya, Kuching, Sarawak, 93050 Malaysia.
• Event Date and Time: Scheduled for November 2, 2024, from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Attendees are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start time to facilitate orderly entry.
• Age Restriction: The event is open to individuals of all ages; however, for safety reasons, children under 3 years old are not allowed to enter. Guests aged 3 to 17 must have their own ticket and be accompanied by an adult who is at least 18 years old. These guidelines are in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all attendees.

• Tickets must be purchased through our official E-Ticketing system, accessible via the official TWIG Events website.
• The system updates ticket availability in real-time. Once a ticket category is sold out, it will no longer be available for purchase.
• Each customer can purchase a maximum of 10 tickets per transaction to ensure fair access to tickets.
• Sessions on the purchasing platform are timed and will expire after 10 minutes of inactivity, requiring the user to restart the purchase process if exceeded.

• Order confirmation will be directly emailed to the email address provided immediately following payment confirmation.
• Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. You will receive your E-tickets, including seat details, via email two weeks before the event.
• It is crucial that purchasers provide a valid, accurate email address. TWIG Events will not be held responsible for non-delivery of tickets due to incorrect email addresses being provided. Please check your inbox or spam mailbox for the email.
• If you do not receive the email, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

• Tickets are strictly for personal use. Reselling tickets above face value, transferring them for commercial gain, or using them for promotional purposes without prior written consent from TWIG Events is prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in the ticket being invalidated.

• All ticket sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted under any circumstances except in the event of a cancellation by TWIG Events. In such cases, full refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used during purchase.

• Attendees must comply with all venue regulations and event timings. Entry procedures will include ticket scanning and security checks.
• Late arrivals may result in restricted entry until an appropriate break during the event.
• The following items and actions are prohibited within the event premises:
  • Any form of recording or photography without prior consent.
  • Use of laser pointers or similar disruptive devices.
  • Bringing pets, external food, and beverages.
  • Distribution of promotional materials without authorization.
  • Carrying weapons, illegal substances, or any hazardous materials.

• Attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner. Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to, fighting, public intoxication, and the use of foul language, will result in immediate ejection from the event without refund.

• Attendees agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TWIG Events and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liability, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to their attendance or conduct at the event, including but not limited to any violations of the terms outlined in the Prohibited Conduct section.

• For any issues related to ticket booking or general inquiries, please contact our customer service team through the contact details provided on our website. We recommend reaching out well in advance of the event date for assistance.

• In no event will TWIG Events be liable to any ticket holder or attendee for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the event, whether framed as a breach of warranty, in tort, contract, strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the event shall not exceed the amount paid for the event ticket.

• TWIG Events shall not be considered in breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise liable to any party for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, government actions, war, civil disturbance, insurrection, sabotage, terrorist activities, or contamination. This clause shall not be construed as relieving any party from its obligation to fulfill any term of a ticket purchase that was to be fulfilled prior to the occurrence of the force majeure.

• These terms constitute a legal agreement between the ticket purchaser and TWIG Events. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. TWIG Events reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. In the event of any disputes, the decision of TWIG Events will be final and binding.

• All rights in all material and content (including, but not limited to, text, images, web pages, sound, software (including, code, interface and website structure), and video, and the look and feel, design and compilation thereof) at this event are owned by TWIG Events or its licensors. You agree that you are permitted to use this material and/or content only as set out in these terms or as otherwise expressly authorized in writing by TWIG Events and that you may not otherwise copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly perform, distribute, commercially exploit, adapt, translate, modify, bundle, merge, share or make available to any person, or create derivative works of such material or content.

• Ticket Validity and Security: Each ticket features a unique QR code, valid for a single entry only. Sharing tickets online is strongly discouraged to prevent unauthorized use.
• Health and Safety Measures: Attendees are advised to adhere to any health directives, including mask-wearing if applicable, to ensure the safety of all participants.
• Security Checks: To ensure the safety of all attendees, security personnel will conduct checks at the entry points. Cooperation with security procedures is required for admission.

• Your privacy is important to us. The information collected during the ticket purchasing process is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines the handling, use, and protection of your personal data. By agreeing to these terms, you also consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
